Our custom planning option is our most popular and detailed service. We’ll collaborate with you to design the trip you’re envisioning, tailored to your unique travel style. From start to finish, we’ll guide you through each step of the planning journey to ensure you’re comfortable with every detail. This service always begins with a complimentary discovery call.

Fee pricing: Curated itineraries start at $250+ for single-leg itineraries and $550+ multi-leg itineraries.

Budget Guide: The minimum budget for itineraries starts at a minimum of 1,000 USD/EUR/GBP (depending on the country’s currency you are traveling in) per day for two travelers.

Hotel/Resort and Cruise Bookings

Are you looking for the perfect property or cruise but don’t know where to start?
The Luxe Explorer can source a property or cruise that fits your travel needs. Already know exactly where you want to stay? That’s totally fine — we can still book it and add value to your stay!

As an independent contractor of Fora, we offer VIP perks through our portfolio of Preferred Partners — including room, suite, or stateroom upgrades, property or cruise credits, and welcome amenities.

With this option, we’ll provide you with tailored choices based on your trip interests and then book your selection.

Fee pricing: Hotel, resort and cruise bookings are complimentary for clients. Please note that we may implement a planning fee for more complex bookings like large groups or multi-leg hotel and cruise bookings.

After you fill out our trip planning request form, we will reach out to schedule an initial consultation call to discuss exactly what you are looking for. Based on the services you request, we will set up a custom planning process based on your needs and comfort level.
